Here at Newton Nissan, we pride ourselves on the best customer service: before, during, and after the sale. For multiple years in a row, we’ve proven this through awards like the #1 Nissan Dealership in TN and the U.S., as well as consistent Consumer Satisfaction awards both locally and nationally. When it comes to service, we want to give you the best experience possible. From the moment you’re greeted to the moment you drive away. In between, we are thoroughly inspecting your vehicle as we take care of your oil change, balance your tires, and do necessary maintenance work and repairs. You’ve entrusted your vehicle to us, and we take that very seriously.
Which is why, in the coming days, you will see a slight increase to your bill – specifically for an oil change. That is because we are changing from regular oil to a fully synthetic oil for all our oil changes. We believe that this will be better for the vehicles we service in the long run, giving you more miles between changes and better protection for your engine.
Here’s 5 reasons why you’ll get the best oil change at Newton Nissan:
- Customer Service – we’re consistently rated 5-stars on sites like Google and DealerRater because we take care of our customers. That is our number one priority every time you come to see us.
- Synthetic Oil – This is a intensely refined oil, which removes more impurities. This gives your engine the best protection and better flow no matter the temperature or conditions.
- Longer Hours – Beginning June 1st, we will be offering hours from 6 AM – 7 PM on Monday-Friday, and 6 AM – 4 PM on Saturdays. Before work, after work, on days off: we’ll be ready.
- Express Lane – For those busy mornings, we do offer an express lane with no appointment necessary. Get in, get out.
- Free Coffee & Snacks – Need we say more? Oh wait, yes: we also offer free WiFi and tablets for your convenience.

The 2017 Nissan Titan was designed with comfort, style, and the ability to get the job done. The Titan’s rugged looks paired with its strength and convenience make it the go-to truck for even the biggest tasks.
The Titan has a smart layout with plenty of room. The interior is comfortable with a quality feel but also has the durability and versatility expected in a truck. Throughout the interior are premium materials, from the seats to the glove compartment. The zero-gravity seats are even weather-resistant. The front seats can be heated or cooled, and the back seats can be heated. Even the steering wheel can be warmed to the comfort of the driver.
The placement of the center stack gives the driver easy access to every button and control, including the climate control system and the centrally located, full-color 7-inch display. By moving the shift lever to the steering column, extra room was created in the center console, leaving plenty of extra storage space and room to stretch out. The middle console even has room for a small laptop. The glove compartment handle is placed closer to the center stack to make it easier for the driver to reach.
The Nissan Intelligent Key allows for the driver to get in and go with the convenient Push Button Start, as long as the key is along for the ride. The Remote Engine Start System with Intelligent Climate Control can adjust temperature and airflow for a quick cool down, or it can warm up the cabin, defrost windows and the windshield, and can even turn on the available heated steering wheel and outside mirrors.
The Nissan Titan’s rear seat gives plenty of stretch-out room and offers up all kinds of options, from a handy work surface to available lockable under-seat storage bins to a and a flat loading floor.
These are just a few of the many features of the 2017 Nissan Titan that elevate it above the competition. All in all, the Titan is a smart choice for any car or truck shopper looking for a vehicle that can do it all.

Well, it’s that time of the year again. It’s just so stinkin’ hot outside! Have you ever thought your air conditioner was broken because it wouldn’t blow out cold air fast enough? We’ve all been there. The funny thing is that your A/C is most likely not broken, it’s just working a little harder than usual in the hotter months. Here are some key points to think about when understand how air conditioning works:
- “Conditioned” air is the air that has had the heat removed. It is the heat that is transferred (removed from vehicle) leaving you with cooler air.
- Moisture “stores” heat so the higher the humidity in Nashville, the more difficult it is to remove the heat.
- Keep in mind that the “evaporator” that removes the heat is a relatively small cube that fits under the dash in the vehicle. That evaporator attempts to remove the heat as the air passes through, using a section that is only about 7 x 3 inches thick.
