This time is no exception either. We just got a jeep from Newton Gallatin not just two weeks prior, and had the best sales man ever... Matt Jenkins... As I was lookigng around at Newton Gallatin, I remembered you had Newton South, so I looked at this location also.. and to my suprise you had a sinlge pre-owned jeep . a little neglected by its former owner. So, I reached out to Matt about it. He sent my contact info to a rep at Newton South, and he reched out to me. His name is Ryan Donegan. Again, a superb , friendly and out standing professional. Not only did this man reach out to me, he also came in and met with me on his day off from work. Something he sure didn't have to do. But, I absolutely appreciated it. My experience here could not have gone better. I went in thinking I was going to get a blue rogue that I had been looking at,,and ended up with the car have been wanting for four years. I could not have been more ecstatic. They made it happen for me!!. It was like I won the lottery, not even kidding. I would be so sad everytime I saw someone with a red car. I told Brandon about how much I have been wanting one, and heade it happen. So I finally got red car. I am 72 years young, but I will tell all my friends about your establishment and my experience. Whew what an amazing team. Everyone at this dealership is truly amazing, trustful, respectful, and help. I didn't want to go there at first. But, I can't express how happy I am now that I went. I never had an experience like this at a car dealership. Sometimes dealership make you feel like you're just another dollar to them.. Not here. They make you feel like you are family. When I needed a car quickly Jason Smith came through! My car was 22 years old with over 300k miles, it definitely served it’s purpose, but it was time for a new one. Jason called me within 1 minute of putting in my application online about 5:30p and by 8:30p I was driving away in a new car understanding the entire deal! He took the time to explain it to me and never treated me like a “Last minute customer” (which I was, it was Saturday the day before they were all off) and even made accommodations for my 3 kids I had with me and never treated them like they were an annoyance. I would recommend this dealership but more importantly I recommend Jason Smith!
