We originally stopped by this dealership while casually looking at used cars, and honestly, our experience started in a very unexpected way. We had just pulled into the lot when our one year old started throwing up. Talked with service writer about scheduling an appointment but the previous 2 times for an oil change I was here 2 and 3 hours. He reported that there are challenges with employees showing up. I said honesty would go a long way. When I schedule an appointment let me know the goal is to get started on time but sometimes it could be longer than an hour. The turbo stopped working 2 weeks after my wife Tina got the 2021 ford escape and they gave her a loaner car while they were fixing hers ,and they done a good job so far been great to work with and she got a 3 year bumper to bumper coverage on it and she loves her escape

Didn’t feel like the normal customer service was there, when car was ready called my name went up to desk, they said there was a charge, had to call as there wasn’t a charge, instead of bringing my car in I walked out and had to ask where it was. Wasn’t the best feeling experience

Our experience was pleasant with salesman and sales Manager. However, we were not told that you lose all of your incentives IF you choose 0% financing with Nissan until we met with Finance. Very disappointing to say the least. Finance did not discuss with us about what date works best with us to begin payment. We also did not receive any paperwork for lifetime powertrain warranty AND first oil change is free.
