Our experience was pleasant with salesman and sales Manager. However, we were not told that you lose all of your incentives IF you choose 0% financing with Nissan until we met with Finance. Very disappointing to say the least. Finance did not discuss with us about what date works best with us to begin payment. We also did not receive any paperwork for lifetime powertrain warranty AND first oil change is free.

Nobody likes buying vehicles from dealerships but, these guys were different, no hard sales pitch or standard car salesman type phases, just polite understanding, listening, finding you what you want and working together for the best price. I went to Newton Nissan believing they had a "drive-thru" service. I was mistaken and yet they were willing to try to accommodate me. My air conditioner was not blowing cold air. Good, fast, courteous service.
I had concerns about my brakes because they were squealing. I scheduled an appointment and they did an inspection. Turns out that it was just dust. No new brake pads needed. They let me know they had plenty of life left and there was no charge for the inspection. Everyone was timely, helpful, and polite.

Ireace Parrish i took my 2026 Nissan Kicks in because The ABS malfunction light keeps coming on. They were able to disable it on the second visit.
I hit some road debris and needed a tire replacement. Also due for an oil change. The service department took care of all my needs and I was out the door in 1.5 hours or so. The tire was reasonably priced and comparable to other tire retailers in my area.
Krizta and Dylan were super great! The process was smooth and painless. I got a 2026 Nissan Kicks and it is super nice! They were very informative and super nice! We will be back for another one soon!
They are a first class dealership, honest no high pressure and good deals. This is the third vehicle I bought from them.

My battery just died. My car is two years old and still in warranty so they replace the battery at no charged me. No battery cost no labor cost. They are all very friendly and knowledgeable for any questions that I have. I feel confident when I take my vehicle there that they will be able to handle whatever it could come up.

Make no mistake, they are salespeople trying to sell you a vehicle BUT they are honest salespeople and at no point did I detect anything false. They didn't even try to hide the stuff dealers typically try to bury in paperwork. Highly recommended.
