Rules + Guidelines

Sponsors may set up from 1:30-2:30 PM. The lot will be closed to vehicle traffic after 2:30 PM, until 3 PM, so please make sure to be at your assigned spot by that time. By signing up, you agree to hand out pre-approved items only. Please refrain from decorating your space in a way that is scary to young children. We reserve the right to withdraw any organization that violates these rules. This fun event is rain or shine! Sponsorships are non-refundable.
