DealerRater Recognizes Newton Nissan of Gallatin as Dealer of the Year

Now, we are delighted to announce that we have again received recognition in the DealerRater Dealer of the Year Awards. Thanks to the efforts of our professional team, we have been named the 2023 Dealer of the Year for the entire Southeast Region, as well as the 2023 National Nissan Dealer of the Year, and 2023 Tennessee Nissan Dealer of the Year. We also received our ninth consecutive Consumer Satisfaction Award. These prestigious awards are based on countless positive reviews left by our customers, and they would not be possible without the help of everyone here in the Gallatin area.

The DealerRater Dealer of the Year Awards

Unlike many industry awards, the DealerRater Dealer of the Year Awards stand out for their national scope and complete impartiality. These awards consider over 18,600 dealerships across the United States and Canada, using a Bayesian algorithm to measure customer ratings and reviews over the past year. Each dealership is eligible for four awards, and Newton Nissan of Gallatin is proud to have received all four awards for the first time in 2023:

• The Dealer of the Year State Brand Winner Award goes to the highest-rated dealership of its brand in its state. As the 2023 Tennessee Nissan Dealer of the Year, this is the fourth consecutive year we have received this recognition and the ninth time we have received it overall.
• The Dealer of the Year National Brand Winner Award recognizes the highest-rated dealership for each brand in the country, and we are proud to be named the 2023 United States Nissan Dealer of the Year. This is the fourth consecutive year we have won this prestigious award and the sixth time we have been named United States Nissan Dealer of the Year by DealerRater.
• The Dealer of the Year Regional Winner is awarded to the top dealership in eight regions across the country. This is the only DealerRater award that compares across brands, and we are overjoyed to have been named the 2023 Southeast Dealer of the Year. The Southeast Region encompasses 12 states, including much larger states like Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, and Virginia.
• Finally, we received a 2023 DealerRater Consumer Satisfaction Award. This distinction is given to the top ten percent of franchised dealerships on DealerRater, and 2023 is the ninth consecutive year we have received the award.
