For the third year in a row, Newton Nissan of Gallatin has earned the prestigious Dealer of the Year award from DealerRater for both Tennessee and the United States. Since DealerRater is based purely on customer reviews and feedback, this means we’ve been named the Dealer of the Year based on input from you, our customers, and we couldn’t be prouder. Industry awards from dealer associations or manufacturers are great, but the most important thing to us is the happiness and satisfaction of our customers. That makes this an award beyond any other and one that we are incredibly pleased to earn.

How We Earned This Award

DealerRater is one of the leading platforms in North America for customers to provide feedback and reviews of dealerships. They make it easy for customers to give information about the experience they had and then rate the dealership out of 5.0 stars. With more than 7 million consumer reviews, DealerRater is a leader in this field, and we’re exceptionally pleased to know that our customers are so happy with their experiences with us that they can’t help but rave about us on a platform that so many people see.

In order to receive the Dealer of the Year award, we had to meet a number of very high standards. For starters, we had to have at least 25 reviews in the last year, as well as an average minimum score rating of 4.0. We have a 5.0 rating with more than 9,000 reviews. With this information, DealerRater chooses dealerships on a regional level, as well as national and state level by brand. Based on all of your amazing reviews, we earned the Nissan Dealer of the Year award for 2022 not only here in Tennessee but for the U.S. as well.

2022 Consumer Satisfaction Award

As if it wasn’t enough that we’ve now earned the Dealer of the Year award for three years in a row, and for eight years total, we also received the 2022 Consumer Satisfaction Award from DealerRater. In order to receive the Consumer Satisfaction Award, we needed to meet the high standards we mentioned above, as well as be in the top 10% of U.S. dealerships based on our customers’ ratings of us. While we appreciate being named a dealer of the year, in some ways, this award is even more meaningful because it really reflects just how happy our customers are with us each and every day. This is the eighth year in a row that we’ve won the Consumer Satisfaction Award from DealerRater, and we’re absolutely honored to know our customers are so pleased with your experience with us.

Where Do We Go From Here?

It’s fantastic to win these amazing awards year after year, but we’re not one to rest on our laurels. We see this as a confirmation that we’re doing the right thing, and it inspires us to work harder and keep doing better every day for our customers.
