Very friendly & courteous. Scheduled an appt & Drew had car ready for me to see & test! Answered all our questions & made the buying process go very smooth! It was nice to be shown around the dealership & meet the service department and know where you need to go if you need anything!! Best buying process I’ve ever had & I have purchased 3 Fords over the past 20 years!

Drew Shirley did not give up on me.
Drew Shirley did not give up on me. He didn't pressure me. He scoured the whole car lot. Even the detail shop and the back lot. Found my car in the detail shop. Wasn't even what I was looking for. He gave me the carfax. Answered all my questions. Even talked me into using Newton Nissan's financing. On the day I got paid, Mr. Shirley drove 1 hour away from the dealership to pick me up and get the deal done. He didn't get off untillate that night. Drew got caught up in a terrible storm system that spawnwd tornadoes in his way home from Newton Nissan. If that ain't above and beyond customer service, I don't know what is. I like Chevy Malibu and Impalas but I LOVE my Chrysler 300s Drew found me.
