Drew Shirley did not give up on me. He didn't pressure me. He scoured the whole car lot. Even the detail shop and the back lot. Found my car in the detail shop. Wasn't even what I was looking for. He gave me the carfax. Answered all my questions. Even talked me into using Newton Nissan's financing. On the day I got paid, Mr. Shirley drove 1 hour away from the dealership to pick me up and get the deal done. He didn't get off untillate that night. Drew got caught up in a terrible storm system that spawnwd tornadoes in his way home from Newton Nissan. If that ain't above and beyond customer service, I don't know what is. I like Chevy Malibu and Impalas but I LOVE my Chrysler 300s Drew found me.

Jorge was very accommodating, he took his time explaining all features of the car, when we were out for a test drive, he asked me to stop in a secure location to step out of the car and have a good look of the car all around to make sure this is what I wanted. No sales representative ever took this much time to make sure I was happy with my selection. I appreciate all he did for me. Jorge also made an effort the next day to call me if I had any questions. I highly recommend Jorge Mora!!
